YASJAM LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for eligible items purchased through our website or wholesale accounts.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
To initiate a return: (1) Email admin@yasjam.com with your order number and reason for return. (2) Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days. (3) Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. (4) Receive your refund within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Wholesale account credits may be issued in lieu of monetary refunds for wholesale orders, at the buyer's discretion.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@yasjam.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

YASJAM LLC ships exclusively within the continental United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Cypress, Texas.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.

Retail orders over $75 qualify for free standard ground shipping. Wholesale account holders may have custom shipping arrangements per their account agreement.
A tracking number is emailed to you upon shipment. YASJAM LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. YASJAM LLC is not liable for packages undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

These Wholesale Terms apply to all businesses purchasing from YASJAM LLC under a wholesale account agreement. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to these terms.
Wholesale accounts are available to legally registered businesses with a valid resale certificate or equivalent. YASJAM LLC reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion.
Wholesale pricing is provided on a tiered basis determined by order volume. Prices are subject to change. All prices exclude applicable sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is on file.
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product. Contact sales@yasjam.com for a customized rate sheet and MOQ schedule.
Wholesale buyers are required to comply with all applicable laws and marketplace policies when reselling YASJAM LLC products. Buyers must adhere to MAP pricing and brand authorization requirements. Violation may result in account suspension.

YASJAM LLC is committed to maintaining fair market pricing across all sales channels. This MAP Policy applies to all resellers, wholesale partners, and retail buyers of YASJAM LLC products.
Resellers may not advertise YASJAM LLC products at prices below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) established by the original brand or YASJAM LLC. MAP applies to all public advertising including online marketplaces, websites, print, email promotions, and social media.
Violations of this MAP policy may result in: (1) formal written notice, (2) temporary suspension of wholesale pricing, (3) termination of wholesale account. YASJAM LLC actively monitors marketplace listings for MAP compliance.
